The Feng Shui house design process
Each building has a unique energy blue print, determined by its exact facing direction. This is the reason why identical buildings facing a different direction feel different. For each facing direction and requirement there is an ideal layout.
How we help you choose the right design for your block:
- We will meet and find out your needs and wants, eg number of bedrooms and other requirements such as home offices or a study for the kids, or an art or music room, etc.
- We will establish the energy blueprint of your proposed home on your block of land and identify the best areas for the various activities.
- We either check your proposed house plans, possibly suggesting some modifications so that you will be able to make use of the best available energies. Or we will suggest the best possible design for you and help you select this from existing design choices.
- We will provide you, on the spot, with a sketch and verbal report of the ideal design for your block. This can be based on existing pre-designed options.
- We will issue you with a written 5-10 page report that outlines ideal design, furniture placement and colour schemes for each room of your proposed home. This will be mailed/ emailed to you within a week.
- We will issue a Certificate of Feng Shui with this report.
- You proceed through the planning and building of this home with your builder.

- 3 Bedroom home: $780
- 4 Bedroom home: $880
- For any extra bedroom thereafter: $100.
Prices are for properties within a range of 40km of the CBD. For properties further away, some additional travel charges will apply.
If you are designing a home from scratch, this is charged per hour as this can take some more time. The objective is to give you the best possible home within the constraints of the site. Please contact us for a quote.
