Feng Shui Fitzroy

a different type of newsletter

Our Soulspace newsletter has been going out twice a month for more than 2 years and I trust that it has provided you with food for thought and useful information. All past newsletter are on this site.

Today I would like to ask you a favour. I hope that you could provide me with some feedback of your experience with Soulspace Feng Shui. I have put together a survey and would very much appreciate if you could take it. It will only take a few minutes, please click one of the following links:

Feng Shui Client Survey - for past clients.

Feng Shui General Survey - for anyone else.

Feng Shui continues to be an exciting adventure for me. In existing homes it is like detective work, the process of finding out why some area may not feel right, is agitating, or worse has caused illness and upset - and how to get it right.

I get the greatest satisfaction out of being able to transform a space, often with just the objects and furnishings people have in their home. I actually love to get my hands in there and ‘move that couch’ or get out the ‘red throw rug’ to see the immediate difference it makes.

A space should not look ‘Feng Shui-ed’, but feel naturally right and radiant (the living spaces), or relaxing (the beds and lounges).

Working with the design of new homes is where Feng Shui is at its best, as all mistakes can be avoided and the best possible scenario created – although I personally never quite get the immediate satisfaction as when changing a space. It just turns out naturally right in the end.

chi kung analogy

I would like to share an experience I had last week when taking a Chi Kung course with Grandmaster Wong. Chi Kung is the Chinese healing art. The result of good it is Chi Flow, the flow of energy and life force through the body, which can heal any disease.

Doing this course has taught me the simplicity of this. While you learn forms of movement, they are not what is important. What is important is not their exactness, but the result - the flow of life force and energy through the body.

Likewise this is what we are doing with Feng Shui! While there are a myriad of Feng Shui principles, the important outcome of Feng Shui is Chi Flow, a naturally healthy home!

In a healthy home radiant life force is filing the living spaces, and there is healthy supporting Chi in the quiet areas. That is what all the Feng Shui tools are designed to achieve. Feng Shui mastery is really the art of choosing the right principles to apply in a given situation.

Testimonials

“We had found our perfect apartment, in the best location and yet something seemed to be missing. Brigitte undertook a thorough assessment, asking questions about how we used the space and what we wanted from it; really listening to us. Brigitte gave us practical and achievable advice, that have resulted in transforming the apartment into a living home. Simple things, such as changing colours and moving things around the space, worked immediately. Guests are immediately welcomed and the whole apartment seems transformed. Brigitte gave us the advice and tools that continue to be put into effect in our home. Thank you Brigitte, your advice and expertise was exceptional.” S & C, Southbank, Melbourne
