This comprehensive service helps you choose the best design from the range of your builder's design choices. It will guarantee that you will create the best possible environment for your family and avoid creating a dull home, bedrooms where you would have trouble sleeping, etc.. We will provide you with a plan that will give you:
- Best positions for bedrooms and living areas;
- Best location for windows and doors to let in radiant energies;
- Colour schemes, décor and furniture placement to create balance & harmony;
- Ideal garden layout and water features.
If necessary, we may suggest some small design changes that your builder can easily accommodate.

- 3 Bedroom home: $780
- 4 Bedroom home: $880
- For any extra bedroom thereafter: $100.
All living areas are included. A bedroom is considered to be any separate room, regardless of how it is used. Prices are for properties within a radius of 20km from Melbourne CBD. For properties further away, there is an additional charge of $1 per extra kilometre distance.

what happens during a Feng shui house design consultation
- Personal meeting to establish your needs and wants, eg number of bedrooms, home office, study, art or music room, etc.
- Establishing of the energy blueprint of your proposed home on your block of land, and identifying the best areas for the various activities.
- Either, checking your proposed house plans - possibly suggesting some modifications to optimise those. Or, identifying the best possible design and selecting this from existing design choices.
- Providing a sketch and verbal report of the ideal design for your block.
- A detailed plan and written report that outlines ideal design, furniture placement and colour schemes for each room of your proposed home. This will be mailed/ emailed to you within 7 days. You will use this in drawing up your final plans and can contact us during this period for any clarifications.
- Re-checking your drawn up plans to confirm that these still meet the specifications of my earlier report.
- Issuance of a Certificate of Feng Shui.
- You proceed through the planning and building of your home with your builder.
To conduct the consultation, we will need:
- The address/ lot no of your block of land;
- A selection of floor plans that you are considering. If possible, email these to me 2 days prior to meeting.
- Each family member’s birth date.
In case you require further adjustments to your plans or checking of subsequent re-draws (1st is included), these will be charged at $150 per hour.
If you are building a home from scratch, or on a rural property where its orientation is not fixed, we offer an individualised step by step design service that helps your build the home you envision from scratch.
