This service also includes a site visit. However, you will receive a verbal report only. This sometimes suits people in small places, or who are renting and looking for temporary solutions. It is not quite as detailed as the full analysis, but still covers every room. You will get:
- Ideal colour schemes and décor for each room;
- Ideal furnishings and furniture arrangement for each room;
- Best rooms for each family member and specific functions (if applicable);
- Best garden arrangement;
- Position of water feature(s).

- Studio/ 1 Bedroom - $360
- 2 Bedrooms - $420
- 3 Bedrooms - $480
- 4 Bedrooms - $540
- Any additional bedroom - $ 40
A bedroom is considered to be any separate room, regardless of how it is used. Living areas need not be counted. Prices are for properties within a radius of 20km from Melbourne CBD. For properties further away, there is an additional charge of $1 per extra kilometre distance.
Recommendations
Feng Shui recommendations are based on the 5 elements of Feng Shui. These can be implemented with any budget or style. Many times, people successfully work with things they already have.
We can also assist you in selecting furniture, art works and soft furnishings that exactly match the energies of your home. You will not be required to purchase ‘Feng Shui remedies’ or Asian symbology.
We work within the constraints of existing design and limitations, and your needs and wants.
What happens during a short Feng Shui Consultation
- Communication to establish your needs and wants, as well as any existing issues;
- Establishing of interior and environmental influences, and construction of the individual energy map for your building. We also test for possible hazards caused by Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) – using a scientific meter.
- Verbal recommendations and discussion to make sure we select solutions that are workable and right for you. You also receive a general information booklet.
- Follow up communications via email or phone to fine tune recommendations to your satisfaction.
To conduct the consultation, we will need:
- Your address;
- The 20-year period in which the building was built. If there have been major renovations, additions or refurbishments, also the age period of the addition. Periods are: …, 1904-1923; 1924-1943; 1944-1963; 1964-1983; 1984-2003; after 2004.
- A scaled floor plan (it can be hand drawn, but needs to be to scale). I prefer to have this emailed to me before my visit – or you could have two A4 or A3 copies ready for me at the time of the site visit. If you don’t have a floor plan, I can draw up a simple floor plan on the spot, at an extra charge of $50 per story.
- Each family member’s birth date.
Each consultation is different and requires an individual analysis. The site visit for a 3-4 bedroom house usually takes 3 hours. Larger spaces may take longer, depending on the number of rooms.
