For Improvement of Existing Buildings:

If you want to improve your home or office and create a harmonious environment, arrange for a professional consultant to come to your place for a full analysis.

Recommendations include details such as best usage of each area, door and room positioning, furniture placement, colours and décor and landscape recommendations. This is what it involves:

• A client survey, establishing existing issues and what you want to achieve.
• A site visit noting interior and environmental influences, and to construct an energy map for the building.
• A plan, report and information booklet, indicating how to improve building: This includes recommendations re usage, pathways, furniture placement, colour schemes, decor, and landscaping features, and how to avoid electromagnetic exposure.
• Follow up communications and fine tuning of recommendations to client satisfaction.

A consultation for a 3-4 bedroom house, or small business, usually takes 3-4 hours. Larger spaces may take longer, depending on the number of rooms. If there is no floor-plan, or the construction date is unclear, extra time will be required.

In order to have a "time-efficient" consultation, please provide:

• A scaled floor plan on a A4 size paper (2 copies)
• The construction Time Period
  (Time Periods are: 1864-1883; 1884-1903; 1904-1923; 1924-1943; 1944-1963; 1964-1983; 1984-2003; 2004 onwards.)
• The time period and details of any major renovations, additions, roof remodelling.
• Birth-dates of occupants or people working in a space.

Each consultation is completely different, and requires an individual analysis. In analysing a building or a plan, compass measurements have to be taken and an energy chart for the house has to be constructed before any recommendations are possible.
