Is there 'fast Feng Shui'?
If you are like most people, the reason you seek out Feng Shui is to improve your life and that of the people you care about.
If you have wanted to learn Feng Shui and have been browsing through available Feng Shui books and sites, there is a good chance that you have become confused by finding conflicting information. Feng Shui is a potent subject, but unfortunately its true knowledge has commonly been muddled up with misconceptions and superstitions.

Most of the popular books give you 'fast Feng Shui' solutions; quick fixes that fit every house. It is fun to play with this, but such Feng Shui is either 1) so generalised that it is far from being as effective as it could be, or 2) it relies on the power of symbols to achieve results, which is really the power of your mind (and not Feng Shui); or 3) it is irrational and simply not true.
The good news is that there exists a technology of Feng Shui that is methodical and that works, and that without doubt can offer a positive solution for any building.
The bad news is that there are no fast Feng Shui solutions. Each house is individual and needs to be assessed individually. To be able to do this you need to learn professional Feng Shui. This is rewarding, but it takes dedication and time.
How to learn real Feng Shui?
If you want to learn Feng Shui, there are two steps:
- Feng Shui Fundamentals
The first step is to learn fundamentals of Feng Shui, its basic principles and lingo. I have put these together in a Basic Feng Shui Course, which you can download from this site.
You will learn about energy and the Feng Shui elements, and how internal and external features can help or hinder making your place right. You will learn to think with the basics principles and gain an ability to come up with your own creative solutions.
This fist step is actually very important. With this fundamental knowledge you will either be able to go onto further study, or you will be able think creatively with the recommendations and solution of a professional consultation.

If you want the benefits of a professional Feng Shui analysis and are happy to put in some effort of learning the basics of Feng Shui, you can use this course to put the Feng Shui information about your house together, and then have me do a remote professional analysis for you.
- Professional Feng Shui
Professional Feng Shui cannot be learned overnight and it takes dedication and time to be able to apply it in any given situation. However, it is very rewarding and as a profession combines art, mathematical thinking, and communication in solutions that help people.
